BOTOX® in JUPITER & Miami
BOTOX® treatments, offered at our South Florida plastic surgery practices, can effectively reduce the appearance of facial lines and wrinkles. Frown lines, crow’s feet, and laugh lines are all caused by contractions of the facial muscles. When these muscles are relaxed with BOTOX® Cosmetic, the signs of aging often seem to melt away.

The key ingredient in BOTOX® Cosmetic is a purified form of botulinum toxin type A. The toxin temporarily paralyzes the muscles that cause wrinkles, giving the skin a smoother appearance.
It is important that the doctor who administers the BOTOX® treatments be acutely familiar with the anatomy of the face. During a treatment with BOTOX® Cosmetic, Dr. Rankin, Dr. Dev and Dr. Bauermeister precisely target the muscles of the face that cause wrinkles in order to achieve the most effective results.
Healthy people who wish to minimize the effects of aging may be great candidates for BOTOX® treatments. Many of our patients choose to combine BOTOX® therapy with the use of other dermal injectables, such as JUVÉDERM® Injectable Gel or Restylane® for more dramatic results. While BOTOX® Cosmetic can significantly improve the appearance of the skin, patients with sagging skin of the face or neck may be interested in facial cosmetic surgery to rejuvenate their appearance.
